We are proud to announce that Intelligent Insurer has nominated our CEO Fabian Pütz (PhD) as a (re)insurance "Leader under 40". Reflecting on his current role and career path, Fabian has shared his thoughts on leadership, the key success factors and ambitions at Echo Re. This has allowed us to realize Echo Re's true potential in recent years. It is rewarding to see that this has also been recognized with the recent upgrades of our IFS ratings by both S&P and Fitch. While I am delighted to be nominated as a “Leader under 40”, I see this not as a personal achievement only, but as a great recognition of the entire team behind me,” comments Fabian Pütz.

We are happy to announce that Fitch Ratings has upgraded our Insurer Financial Strength (IFS) Rating to 'A' (Strong) from 'A-' (Strong). The Outlook is Stable. We thank all our business partners for the support and the fruitful relationships in the past, and we are happy to continue our growth story together. Based on Fitch's confirmation of our "very strong" capitalisation and prudent reserving practices, we look forward to further leveraging and building on the long-standing relationships we have built with our business partners over the past 15 years. We also thank our team for the hard work especially in the last five years which have resulted in this excellent achievement. We wish the whole team and our business partners a well-deserved summer break and look forward to building on the company's success in the coming years.
