Last week I was blessed to take 74 students on a Regenerative Leadership Journey in Nature around Berlin, Germany as part of their Master in International Sustainability Management of the ESCP Business School . For a whole week, we reconnected to Nature: to our true inner Nature, who we wholly are, and outer Nature: to each other and the beautiful natural environment around us. This Transformational Regenerative Leadership course was based upon Ancient Spiritual Wisdom, the Wisdom of Nature, the Science of Nature (e.g. #biomimicry ) Ecological and Whole Systems Thinking, and based on practical examples and regeneration case studies from the corporate and entrepreneurial business world. It is time to step into our true Nature and our Higher Purpose, so all of Nature Thrives.🌱 I love to spread this Transformational Regenerative Leadership journey in Nature to more current and future leaders who want to become a true Force for Good in the world.
