After the IFSO World conference in Melbourne the change in naming is eminent. No longer will we speak of "Banded" RYGB, Sleeve Gastrecomy or OAGB, we will now refer to procedures with a MiniMIZER Ring as: Ring Augmented RYGB, Ring Augmented Sleeve Gastrectomy and Ring Augmented OAGB.
