Speziell in eher statischen Bereichen (z. B. Regierung oder traditionelle Kooperationen) ist die Gefahr groß, in das Fahrwasser der Komfortzone zu gelangen – und dort zu verharren. Menschen, Teams und Unternehmen werden dann schnell blind gegenüber den damit verbundenen Risiken und geraten schneller ins Abseits, als man zu denken vermag. Wir werden Sie vor dieser Erfahrung beschützen. Unser Bestreben ist es, Sie zu jeder Zeit auf Kurs zu halten. Warum ist dies so wichtig? In der Komfortzone angekommen zu sein, wird oftmals assoziiert mit Verlustängsten und dem Widerstand gegenüber Veränderungen. Diese mentalen Umstände wiederum verhindern die Bereitschaft zur Weiterentwicklung und führen stattdessen zu Stagnation bis hin zur Isolation. Dieser Zustand kann ziemlich unschön werden – und so passiert es nicht selten in der Realität.

The results are eye-opening and raise a crucial question: To what extent do we stay in our jobs out of necessity versus genuine enjoyment? Here’s what stood out: 🔹 1 in 6 participants dislike more than 50% of their work, while over 50% dislike 10-50% of their tasks. 🔹 On the flip side, more than 50% love over 50% of what they do, with only 1 in 16 loving less than 10% of their work. 🔹 Interestingly, more people felt comfortable sharing what they dislike about their jobs than what they love. These findings suggest that while passion is a driving force for many, it’s often balanced by necessity—especially when the disliked portion of work stays manageable.
