00 for this (high quality) electric fireplace heater, large size it's made out of all metal there's (no particle board) currently it's for ambience only the heater does work but the fan needs to be replaced without the fan working the safety device on the heater shut the heat off, for somebody that's handy the fan could replace for less than $20 maybe (Amazon) the retail on this is probably( $300.
