We need a ranch or bungalow with minimum 2 bedrooms and a useable bulkhead for our small sailboat with access to Barnegat Bay.
Should be in Ocean Gate, Bayville, Lanoka Harbor, Forked River or Waretown.
Would consider something not on the water, if it isn't too far from a marina and is a good value.
It will be just the two of us in our 70's and we have no family or friends in tow, but are willing to work hard for some clear sailing in our sunset years.
