You will oversee project planning, scheduling, estimating, and implementation for Residential Remodeling and New Construction.

With the support of the office staff you will direct and coordinate the renovation schedule and activities for multiple projects every month.
You must be organized, detail oriented and comfortable with the challenges of remodeling.
You must be well rounded and have knowledge on construction trades and building codes.
You will supervise and work alongside other employees and contractors to successfully complete projects on schedule and within budget according to work orders.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of Residential Construction projects from estimating, planning to implementation
Allocate resources for assigned projects
Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
Communicate with clients
Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
Manage, estimate, and negotiate budgets with contractors
Hire contractors
Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years experience in residential construction management
Experience managing multi million dollar projects is preferred
Familiarity with construction management software
Strong leadership qualities
Strong negotiation skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Experience with estimating and preparing project budgets
