*Job Summary*
The Director of HVAC Project Management will supervise and lead a team of HVAC Project Managers and field staff to complete awarded projects on time and on budget.

*Supervisory Responsibilities*
* Responsible for the selection, training, leadership, and evaluation of assigned Project Managers
* Assign awarded projects to project management staff based on current workload and availability
* Monitor project management workload and performance
* Monitor bid budgets and project margins
* Assist Project Managers to trouble shoot and resolve project issues
* Complete department L10 weekly and quarterly planning meetings
* Manage HVAC PM and Field Tech staffing levels within budgeted expectations
*Responsibilities*
* Operate as a Project Manager as needed
* Develop and sustain relationships with local unions
* Review project new work, adds, deduction proposals as needed
* Oversee work in progress and monitor employee performance
* Budget for annual staffing needs
* Complete yearly SWOT assessments and strategic planning with VP
* Participate with industry trade organizations
* Other duties as assigned

*Requirements*
* Proven and effective leadership skills
* 2+ years project management experience in related field(s)
* Experience in estimating labor and materials for construction projects
* Customer service experience resolving difficult and stressful situations
* Be able to pass customer required background checks for facility admittance
* Valid driver’s license
* Ability to travel regionally
*Physical Requirements*
* Ability to travel daily to client locations and work sites
* Level 2: Light Work
* Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently
* Routine walking and/or standing on uneven and/or unimproved surfaces
* Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time
