- What: Learning and Writing one-on-one appointments
- When: Monday – Friday; 9am – 4pm
- Where: In-person (CSAS 4th floor of ML) or virtual (via MS Teams)

Booking Instructions
- How do I book a one-on-one appointment?
- Login to MySuccess
- Click on the three bars on the top left corner of MySuccess to open the navigation bar
- Select the downward arrow beside the Centre for Student Academic Support
- On the left-hand navigation bar, click the downward arrow beside Writing Consultation Sessions or Learning Support Sessions followed by Appointments
- Select Book by Appointment Type and choose a date and timeslot that works best for you
- After you have booked a session, you will receive a confirmation email with details regarding your appointment. If you selected a virtual session, you will be sent a meeting link prior to your appointment. All virtual sessions are held via MS Teams
Please note: If a student is more than 10 minutes late, their session will be marked as a no-show. Please note that after three no-shows, students will no longer be able to make any further appointments, and will need to contact csas@carleton.ca. To avoid this, please ensure that you cancel your session at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to attend.
- How do I cancel a one-on-one appointment?

- Login to MySuccess
- Select the downward arrow beside the Centre for Student Academic Support on the left-hand navigation bar, followed by Writing Consultation Sessions or Learning Support Sessions
- Click on Booked Appointments
- Select View Appointment on the appointment you want to cancel
- Click the red Cancel button and select a reason for the cancellation.
- Click on Commit Cancellation
