Excellent updates on #OpenText #IDP offers at #Opentextworld in the past few days. Special thanks to Stephanie Duncan and Roland Jäger for their presentations and updates. It was particularly valuable for me to discuss the value of IDP as element for automating a document intensive business work flow. OpenText is one of the few vendors who have the relevant solution elements and expertise including automation, content services, customer experience and security to provide comprehensive end-to-end automation offers.
