“I worked under Jason for two jobs, in two completely different industries and I must say it was a privilege and pleasure for me to work with such a dynamic, resourceful, dedicated and empathic leader. At Rogers I worked with him for the planning of sales channels for telecom products and then he was my Director at Wolters Kluwer, in a software account management job. I take this opportunity to recommend Jason for his exceptional knowledge and expertise on direct sales channel management. As said, sales is a process and Jason has mastered the art of developing the process, which he can apply proficiently in diversified industry or products, leading sales teams to success and exceeding targets. He has a unique ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies in an ever changing technology dominant market context, driving growth and success for the organization and most importantly, motivate his team to run for the extra mile. An honest trier, he was frank and receptive during exchange of opinions, concise to the point in his briefings, extremely organized in his management and fair in his judgements. Among his several qualities as Sales leader, what impressed me most is his ability to see the big picture, develop a process from scratch, fine tune it towards perfection, build his team around the philosophy and get the best out of individual ability - in my both roles, he did that at Rogers and Wolters Kluwer. He built the Inside Sales team at WK, to take it to among best performing sales units within short time and he has groomed some of his team members as the best sales resources there. I left his team for a different career track but in future I won't hesitate joining his team if right opportunities come along. I highly recommend Jason Koenig for any sales leadership role and I am confident he will exceed the expectation of any organization.”
