    * Coordinating with different platform teams to branch and merge the requirements and gather required/missing information and documenting the same.
    * Doing market research and collecting end user requirements both by surveys and feedback received in social media, customer support and email support and preparing SOWs for each platform
    * Analyzing customer feedback, crash reports and in assessing the modules and document features and bug fixes
    * Implemented Automation for the App UI and Web services testing and enhance the productivity and quality
    * Preparing fortnightly reports app downloads trend, defects trend and also geographic trend and submit to customer to help them in making trend analysis and business decisions
