Glomus tympanicum tumors are the most common primary neoplasms of the middle ear and the second most common tumor of the temporal bone. #Endoscopic_transcanal excision is a favorable approach in the management of #glomus_tympanicum in early stages and when limited to the middle ear space. This paper presents a case of a 49-year-old female patient who was diagnosed as a small, localized glomus tympanicum tumor and was performed a transcanal endoscopic resection with an excellent outcome.
