ServiceNow puts out new major version releases twice per year and customers must keep up (they must be within 2 releases of the latest version). ServiceNow's docs site also has a comprehensive upgrade checklist. #Xanada is the latest release. From the docs checklist, can you run a report on that to keep track of how you're doing? Did you know that in ServiceNow the GlideEncrypter & GlideCryptoService  APIs were deprecated in the Vancouver release, and will no longer work as of the Xanadu release? Do you know if you are using them today? The good news is, the Instance Scan has a "Deprecated API" suite, which will tell you every place that you are using them. In my experience and based on feedback from my YouTube audience, a major challenge facing many IT organizations that use ServiceNow is the growing appetite to move data quickly from ServiceNow to other apps.
