Catching my breath after an incredible day at Salesforce #agentforcetour in Toronto. 7 straight hours of compelling client discussion and learning and a reminder that “data” does not have to be a barrier to realizing early Agentforce success with IBM as your partner: 1️⃣ start with the human experience (service design) and workshop the challenges that agents can (and should) support 2️⃣ Identify the data you need 3️⃣ create your data gateway to the siloed systems (zero copy + data migration + z/OS for harmonization) 4️⃣ choose an LLM that you can trust and can be right-sized for your use case like IBM Granite 5️⃣ get agentic now and start creating unified agents that bring back office insights to your front office experience. Last week SAP and BigID had the opportunity to meet in Toronto and host an #AI event. The opportunity to hear directly from customers and practitioners on the challenges and key focus areas was invaluable. Thank you to SAP for being such gracious hosts by offering their beautiful office and providing breakfast. We were joined by customers such as Toyota Canada Inc., Sun Life, Hydro One covering topics on latest AI market trends and concerns and how to address those concerns. Learning about the use cases and challenges directly from customers was invaluable and look forward driving value on these use cases.
