EMERITA PROVIDES UPDATE ON ONGOING METALLURGICAL TEST PROGRAM INCLUDING 52.4% Zn CONCENTRATE GRADE AT 84% Zn RECOVERY   Toronto, ON, April 22, 2024 - Emerita Resources Corp. The goal of the program is to demonstrate that commercial grade concentrates can be produced from the Iberian Belt West project (“IBW or “the Project”) and at recoveries which are potentially economic and provide required data for planned mill plant design. The preliminary results indicate that commercial grade concentrates can be produced from IBW using traditional methods at recoveries similar to other operations in the Iberian Pyrite Belt.   David Gower, P.Geo., CEO of Emerita notes, “We are very pleased that the carefully executed metallurgical test program has demonstrated grade and recoveries of base metals to concentrates at comparable recoveries to other producing operations in the Pyrite Belt. We have taken a very comprehensive approach to get to this point, which has extended the timeline. However, this is a very critical component of developing polymetallic deposits and it is critical to have optimal results. In March 2024, we announced the addition of Jorge A. Blanco to the Emerita team as Director of Metallurgy. Lithium Ionic Announces Binding Term Sheet for US$20 Million Royalty Financing with Appian   TORONTO, ON, May 30, 2024 - Lithium Ionic Corp. (TSXV: LTH; OTCQX: LTHCF; FSE: H3N) (“Lithium Ionic” or the “Company”), is pleased to announce that it has executed a binding term sheet (the “Term Sheet”) with Appian Capital Advisory LLP (“Appian”) to sell a 2.25% gross revenue royalty on its Bandeira Deposit in exchange for an upfront cash consideration of US$20,000,000 (the “Royalty”). Appian is an investment advisor to long-term, value-focused private capital funds that invest solely in mining and mining-related companies.   Lithium Ionic intends to use the proceeds of the Royalty to further advance the development and construction of its world-class Bandeira Lithium Project (“Bandeira” or the “Project”), located within the Lithium Valley in Minas Gerais State, Brazil. The Lithium Valley is a unique geological belt that hosts a significant concentration of lithium-bearing pegmatites and has emerged as a globally significant lithium production center. On May 29, 2024, the Company announced Feasibility Study results for Bandeira supporting a 14-year, low-cost mining operation producing 178,000tpa of high-quality spodumene concentrate (5.5% Li2O), resulting in a post-tax NPV8 of US$1.3B and an IRR of 40%.   Terms of the Royalty Term Sheet The closing and funding of the Royalty are subject to the execution of a definitive agreement (the "Definitive Agreement") between the Company and Appian. EMERITA INTERSECTS HIGH GRADE COPPER-GOLD MINERALIZATION AT EL CURA; MOBILIZES SECOND RIG TO ACCELERATE EL CURA DRILL PROGRAM   TORONTO, June 25, 2024-- Emerita Resources Corp. (TSX-V: EMO; OTCQB: EMOTF; FSE: LLJA) (the “Company” or “Emerita”) has intersected significant new mineralization in drilling at El Cura deposit area, part of Emerita’s wholly owned Iberian Belt West project (“IBW” or the “Project”; Please see Figure 1 below). IBW hosts three previously identified Volcanogenic Massive Sulfide (VMS) deposits: La Infanta, La Romanera and El Cura. Results contained in this news release are from El Cura deposit area only. All three IBW deposits are open for expansion along strike and at depth.   • Drill Hole EC013 intersected 10.6 m grading 1.7% copper, 0.95 g/t gold and 35.46 g/7 silver. This is the deepest and thickest intercept to date on El Cura area at approximately 300 m vertical depth. • Hole EC012 intersected 3.4 m grading 1.7% copper, 3.09 g/t gold and 49.3 g/t silver. • Hole EC008 intersected 2.6 meters grading 1.8% copper, 1.51 g/t gold and 73 g/t silver. • Mineralization has been intersected from near-surface to approximately 300 m vertical and appears to be getting thicker at depth. TROILUS ANNOUNCES STRATEGIC SHAREHOLDER TRANSITION   April 22, 2024, Montreal, Quebec – Troilus Gold Corp. (TSX: TLG; OTCQX: CHXMF; FRA: CM5R) (“Troilus” or the “Company”), reports that Sayona Mining Ltd. (“Sayona”) has divested its entire equity position in Troilus. Last week, Sayona sold approximately 19.2 million Troilus shares at C$0.63, which was executed through a block trade facilitated by a Tier-1 Canadian brokerage firm. These shares have been acquired by a group of new and existing core institutional shareholders. An additional 1.2 million shares were sold on the open market.   Sayona, who became a large shareholder in Troilus in late 2022 following the acquisition of some of the Company’s non-core claims, covering 985 square kilometres, sold its position in the Company to strengthen its balance sheet. Troilus retained a 2% net smelter returns royalty (“NSR”) on all mineral products from these properties (refer to the November 16, 2022, press release for details).   Justin Reid, CEO of Troilus, commented, “We thank Sayona for their partnership and support as a significant shareholder since 2022.
