I was looking through some Canadian Junior Miners stock performance on the TSX website early this morning, who have flat-lined and wondering why ? https://money.tmx.com I was caused to wonder why it is that a so called professional Global Stock Market, funded by so many different streams of various forms of income revenue, doing billions of dollars of global trading, have to look so scam and rink-dink like ? With pop-up adds need jump up constantly, up and down, up and down at users of their service? Why all popup adds have not yet been regulated off their service by their own so captured regulators? Why such statistically investor important website pages are allowed to run trash looking pop up advertisements ? Flashing constantly popping up and down, blocking information you need to constantly click on them to get them out of your way to minimize them, why ? For what ? Is it only not ever for the clear sake of their making some extra change, from someone. Does it say volumes about them ! Ya it does ! Volumes ! Without even considering it creates distraction and frustration to investors who need listed issued information daily. I can't legally do it, you can't legally do ? Will SEDAR be next ? SEDAR has enough to worry about fixing their own website but the TSX could always call The Toronto Dominion Bank well no they can't no, cause they have now been fined billions of dollars, for well you will have to google it to believe it! The TSX could always contact the Federal Canadian Government well sorry forgot also they can't cause our parliament its shut down too for well, you will have to google that too just to believe it. Adds on the website says a lot about what your getting there but again its about getting the money and is a heads up for all investors investing in Canada, is it not a tell for you ? It is for me ! Its just fine for some, depending on who they be. It smack of a double standard, no double standards in Canada its a democracy after all? Needs to be stopped ! They charge enough fees and are not short of money and have to supplement their millions of dollars, billions of dollars with stupid and dangerous rink-dink popup adds. Users are trying to get important data to make risk assessments on Junior mining companies in Canada for potential investors under important NI 43 101 regulations towards constructing required scientific and technical reports or are regulators just for some of us, it sure looks that way ? Can I poke the driller in the ribs while he's drilling, like he is some joke, are we their joke? Its their game, investors are just a game to them. If not there would be no rink-dink pop up adds on Canada's premier stock exchange website ? Gold price continues to hold strong, 𝙖𝙩 𝙖𝙡𝙡-𝙩𝙞𝙢𝙚 𝙝𝙞𝙜𝙝 𝙥𝙧𝙞𝙘𝙚 𝙡𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙡𝙨 𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙫𝙚 $𝟮,𝟳𝟬𝟬/𝙤𝙯. Let’s consider the headline in the Globe & Mail yesterday on the gold sector, in relation to the decades-long discovery lag in gold and copper both in Canada, and globally. Why is the Globe writing about M&A targeting juniors with strong gold assets? Because major mining companies with Tier I gold assets have strengthening balance sheets as the case for gold price remains strong. Why would majors need to acquire juniors with strong assets? Because, as we last illustrated, there is a discovery lag in gold and copper deposits some 30 years in the making, as major mining companies worldwide pulled back from greenfields exploration beginning in the 1990’s, the very “R&D” in our industry that provides the new chutes for development as mature operations approach their natural end-of-life. Truly, transformative, and an easy win for both companies. Athena made a wicked discovery that has gone completely unnoticed (5.2 g/t Au over 33m, in Nevada's Walker Lane of all places... a district where economic cutoffs hover around 0.2 g/t Au). We're ready to roll up our sleeves, systematically hit Excelsior Springs as hard as the drill bit allows us, with the goal of delineating something BIG. Like what we did with Libra to become the lowest-cost explorer of lithium (recall, we found Li mineralization on three projects in <12 months, for <$2M raised), we will continue to take the most scientific approach possible to maximize our chances at discovery. Why investors can’t fully trust NI 43-101?      Those who back the industry financially should be able to rely on regulations to protect their interests.      NI 43-101 was created by the Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA).     It is designed to keep mining disclosures reliable and transparent.      It’s meant to ensure that the technical and scientific details about mineral projects are accurate and reliable.    This process requires that all data be prepared or reviewed by a Qualified Person (QP), an experienced engineer or geoscientist with the necessary expertise to verify its credibility.    Yet in practice, NI 43-101 often leaves stakeholders vulnerable.       Between 2014 and 2020, we reviewed 154 feasibility studies and uncovered a glaring issue with metallurgical test work, specifically comminution testing.      This is critical for predicting milling performance and operating expenses (OPEX), yet most projects didn’t use enough data.      Many relied on fewer than ten comminution samples—insufficient for accurate throughput forecasts.      Even a 1% change in throughput can cause a 3–5% swing in NPV.     We found a significant imbalance in testing priorities.      On average, these studies conducted 10,000 geochemical assays for every single comminution test. While ore grade variability is modeled extensively, throughput risks are often ignored, with mitigation strategies relying on broad design allowances or engineering contingencies rather than thorough data collection.     The issue isn’t that these projects are technically unfeasible; many are.     The problem is the precision of their throughput and cashflow predictions.     Limited comminution testing doesn’t capture the variability of ore across different geological domains, and that inaccuracy can add up. Financial risks increase, and oversized circuits meant to handle variability often clash with upstream or downstream constraints, reducing how flexible and efficient the operation can be.    Comprehensive comminution testing takes time and money—two things feasibility studies are often short on. The system, unfortunately, tends to reward feasibility reports that look polished enough to attract funding over ones that dig deeper into operational risks. It’s a choice that leaves key questions unanswered.    By the time issues emerge, often years later, accountability is absent, leaving investors to bear the costs.       Mining must break free from the short-term mindset that prioritizes quick approvals over sustainability. Thorough data collection and analysis should be the standard.    The tools and expertise to solve these issues already exist, but they need to be put to use.    If the industry doesn’t adapt, investors won’t stick around. #Orebodyknowledge #NI43101 #feasibilitystudies

Resouro Strategic Metals Inc (TSX-V RSM) was the best performing Rare Earths stock on the Toronto Stock Exchange Ventures market last year, up from 15c to 42c. RSM shares have now traded on the TSX-V at up to 63c. This is a great base ahead of start of trade on the Australian Securities Exchange on Friday (June 14). 63c is a equivalent to around AUD 70c which is a 40% premium over the AUD 50c placement completed ahead of the ASX listing. We wait with great anticipation for trading on the ASX which will allow the market make its comparisons with Resouro's ASX peers.

EMERITA DISCOVERS NEW GOLD-SILVER RICH GOSSANS AT ITS NUEVO TINTILLO PROJECT   TORONTO, ON, August 20, 2024 - Emerita Resources Corp. Investors are keenly aware of the economic potential, but projects must demonstrate clear value propositions and be sufficiently de-risked to attract the necessary capital investment. 2️⃣ Social license: Managing community relationships and environmental impact is no longer optional—it's paramount. They are actively working on a solution that could redefine resource-based investments: tokenizing mineral reserves. This innovative approach involves creating digital tokens that represent a real stake in JORC-compliant mineral resources.
