🚨 IRCC Releases Annual Express Entry Report: Key Highlights for 2023 🚨 The IRCC's 2023 Express Entry Year-End Report is out, revealing significant trends in Canada's immigration landscape. Here's what you need to know: 📈 136% Increase in ITAs: Over 110,000 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) were issued in 2023, more than doubling 2022's numbers. 🏆 Top Programs: Most ITAs were granted to candidates in the Canadian Experience Class (CEC), followed by Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) and Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP). 💻 In-Demand Occupations: Tech and finance professionals dominated the list, with software engineers and designers leading the way. 🌍 Global Reach: While most ITAs went to candidates residing in Canada, India, Cameroon, and Nigeria were also among the top countries of residence. 🎓 Highly Educated Applicants: Nearly 90% of ITAs were issued to candidates with post-secondary education, with a strong focus on those holding a Master’s degree or higher. 🗣️ Language Proficiency: A solid 78% of candidates had Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) scores of 7 or higher, reflecting the importance of language skills in the selection process.
