Years ago, I thought of attending a couple of facilitation courses to understand more about the technical side of facilitation - techniques, processes etc. What I gained was a whole lot more - I learnt as much from observing the Master facilitators themselves. One of the things Choon emphasised and lived was the idea of Self as an Instrument and it has stuck with me since. I would recommend this program to anyone who wants to learn to facilitate. It IS a life skill, not just for trainers or teachers to move from teaching to facilitating, but also for leaders or parents who want to instruct/direct/tell less and coach/develop, and facilitate more.
