    Repositioned the Colliers brand from a federation of independently owned firms with over 50 different brand strategies and logos to a top 3, majority owned global commercial real estate brand known for service and expertise. The strategy included changing the brand architecture from a house of brands to a branded house, a design refresh to the logo that built on the heritage of the existing brand with a modern and progressive upgrade and renaming all existing companies to Colliers…

    Repositioned the Colliers brand from a federation of independently owned firms with over 50 different brand strategies and logos to a top 3, majority owned global commercial real estate brand known for service and expertise. The strategy included changing the brand architecture from a house of brands to a branded house, a design refresh to the logo that built on the heritage of the existing brand with a modern and progressive upgrade and renaming all existing companies to Colliers International. The new brand, including detailed brand guidelines across a large suite of marketing collateral and website, was successfully implemented across 61 countries within 9 months.
