As we wrap up Small Business Month, I am still buzzing from the conversation we hosted with Patrice Mousseau for our employees! This talk brought together two very important areas of focus for Coast: 🔸The first is our journey towards Reconciliation. Last month, we formalized Coast’s Reconciliation Goals with support from Rise Consulting to guide us in making meaningful progress toward reconciliation. And we know that listening to and building relationships with Indigenous people needs to be our focus in this stage of our journey. 🔸The second was about supporting small businesses, which has always been a focus for Coast. Patrice shared the powerful story behind Satya Organic - an Indigenous-owned business and Certified B Corp.
