Your motivational presentation hits a technical snag. How can you still ignite inspiration in your audience?
When tech issues hit during a presentation, I adapt based on the meeting’s size and format. For large in-person meetings, I might break the audience into smaller groups or use quick surveys to keep energy up. In large digital meetings, I engage through the chat, polls, or quizzes. For smaller gatherings, I focus on personal interaction. In-person, I directly involve participants, using props if needed. Digitally, I encourage each person to share and pivot to tools like collaborative whiteboards if tech fails. Staying calm and adaptable turns disruptions into opportunities for deeper audience connection.
