    • Successfully planned and led our product validation strategy that in less than a month got 60 startups submitted and 200 subscribers

    • Managed six volunteers to develop and grow the project to be one of the biggest lists of startups in Brazil with more than 180 startups published at the time

    • Designed our newsletter strategy and conduct tests resulting in a 45% open rate , 33% above the industry average

    • Led the product open source initiative resulting in 75% of our code refactored and published on Github

    • Planned and implemented LISTABETA 2.0 project, redesigning the brand and launching a new website with a better user experience

    • Managed the marketing initiative that led the project to be featured on two major online business news website, "Startupi" and "Pequenas Empresas Grande Negócios (PEGN)"

    Lessons learned:
    • An MVP must always provide enough value to the customers
    • We should have focused on building a community as our differential
    • Less sometimes means less. Our solution did not provide some essential features to create engagement and bring users back
    • Having a team focused and dedicated to the project is vital
