You're in a job interview trying to stand out. How can you effectively communicate your value proposition?
If companies are this impractically pedantic, the most adept fabricator (someone who can craft a flawless narrative, embellishing facts to fit the rigid criteria), will secure the position. The recruiter gets a paycheck, and the company ends up with someone who possesses inauthentic competence. Meanwhile, the honest person is overshadowed and pales in comparison, even though they may have better experience. Now you understand how I’ve felt for a long time: talents and skills you pride yourself on, when expressed truthfully, simply don’t sparkle and compel the way these liars' claims do. Here’s the catch: only other liars will fail to see the reality for what it truly is. Liars beget liars. Do you really want to be in that den of asps?

What are the best ways to build your personal brand as a User Experience Design (UED) professional?
It gets to a point where you think of something, such as, I have training in advertising art so I came out with an idea of branding myself intentionally and independently without anyone teaching it to me. Then you notice another person doing it, and teaching everyone to do the same thing! So everyone is doing it and now nobody stands out anymore.
