I also support the setting up of the operational guidelines, work plans and budgets and policy and programme support. As need I support the funding decisions required for the Center.

Working the Executive Director and the rest of the Board of Directors, I assist in the Center's internal workings by setting criteria for membership of, and appointing, review panels and/or support groups. If necessary, I also help setup the framework for monitoring and periodic independent evaluation of performance and financial accountability of activities supported by the Center.

Since I am elected member of the board by the Center's members, I represent and support the community's views of the Center in relation to other outside organizations and if necessary advocate for the Center, and mobilize other resources from other networks to support the Center's mission and goals.
