Why Consistency Beats Motivation Every Time 💡 We all know that excitement when starting something new—whether it’s a hobby, a side hustle, or a passion project. At first, motivation is high, and everything feels possible. But then… life gets in the way. You miss a day, then another, and suddenly that hobby or side hustle feels like a distant dream. Sound familiar? Here’s the thing: waiting for motivation to strike won’t get you where you want to be. I’ve been there, too. When I started writing music, I didn’t always have the time or inspiration to sit down for hours. But I made it a point to spend at least 5 minutes a day on it. Some days, those 5 minutes turn into an hour or two, but the key is consistency. The biggest pain people face when starting something new is that overwhelming feeling of "I’m not doing enough." But it’s not about doing a lot all at once—it’s about doing a little every day. Small steps add up, and over time, you’ll see the results. Starting a hobby or side hustle can be daunting, but don’t let the fear of falling off stop you. Consistency, even in small doses, is what will get you where you want to go.

I'm pretty embarrassed about this story. I was a single agent and didn't have any processes or systems. I could manage it when working with one client at a time.
