    In an effort to streamline recruitment efforts, maximize efficiency, and improve candidate experience, our team analyzed the existing recruitment cycle and made changes to an outdated, heavy system. The new recruitment processes we implemented increased our candidate pool and focused on specific demographics of candidates as well as improving the retention rate throughout the process.
