To resolve this issues we are proposing the use of bio-metric security to access the health care records. This will provide hospitals/physicians a central location with all the health details of a person and can be used in emergency medical situation when a patient is unconscious. In this project we have shown the "AS-IS" and "TO-BE" representation along with the process flow, root cause analysis, limitations, and future scope.

By using a BlueSync technology we have proposed a new design by which the pacemaker can be monitored remotely and eliminates the requirement of a transmitter located at patients’ homes.
