ZayZoon provides Wages On-Demand so employees can access to their earned wages before payday, and a financial wellness platform that teaches employees how to use those wages wisely and efficiently.     Commuter benefits alleviate the financial burden of commuting, and they demonstrate that your company values its employees' time and well-being. Duolingo offers a $1,200 transportation benefit for their employees, enabling them to make 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿 commute choices. Earlier this year, ZayZoon released the report "Top Voluntary Benefits for Today's Employees," surveying over 300 workers across 8 industries. Notably, 12.5% expressed a wish for commuter benefits—unsurprising given the rising cost of daily commutes.
