One of the arguments to block AI bots is that they will steal your work. That is why news sites are blocking them. The majority of news sites are still trying to charge for articles, and now, are blocking AI bots. I think this is a losing battle. Information isn't a commodity like it once was. We are inundated with information now! For 99% of us, I believe we will be better off to let the crawlers use our work for their databases.
