At the 2024 Women in Nuclear Canada annual conference, our President, Pierre Tremblay, spoke about the importance of allyship in the workplace. His advice: champion inclusion in all forms. Allyship is about influencing an environment of inclusivity, lifting others up and ensuring that everyone has the chance to contribute. In the nuclear sector, we know that equity, diversity and inclusion lead to better decision making and improved safety outcomes.
