This past year, Waypoint has become the first hospital in Ontario to offer an at-home program tailored to the unique and specialized needs of those struggling with mental illness and addiction. This groundbreaking program is specifically designed for individuals who are ready to leave the hospital setting but still require additional support to transition back to their homes or communities.
