Wrapping up the Google for Startups Canada 10-week program has given us so much to reflect on and celebrate.✨ A big thank you to Iran Karimian,  Alice Kawka, and the #GoogleForStartups team for their incredible leadership and support. We’re also immensely grateful to our mentors—Danielle Rourke Monahan, Diman Ghazi, PhD, Lise Birikundavyi, CFA—along with the incredible experts we’ve met through work sessions and one-on-one meetings. Their guidance has been so important in helping us refine Simia, our platform for creating interactive and remixable story worlds. Taking the stage at #DemoDay was a highlight of this transformative journey. October was an exciting month for us at Transitional Forms! 🚀 We kicked off the month with Zina Rahman sharing her insights on the #FutureOfEntertainment panel at #FutureMakers2024. She explored the potential of #AI-powered storytelling alongside industry leaders Shelley Simmons, Sarah Watling, and moderator Ramona Pringle. At #TechCrunchDisrupt2024 in San Francisco, we proudly showcased Simia, our mobile-first social content platform, as part of the #ScaleUpStartups exhibitors. Engaging with attendees about the future of generative social content was a highlight, and we’re happy to see our waitlist beginning to grow! A special thank you to Michael J Schick for making this opportunity possible. Additionally, our journey in the Google for Startups #Accelerator: #Canada has been incredibly rewarding. Being one of just 14 companies selected for this program continues to motivate us. Now in week 5, the level of support, learning, and mentorship we’re receiving has been genuinely encouraging. We want to extend our gratitude to Iran Karimian and Alice Kawka for their guidance and dedication to fostering a thriving startup ecosystem throughout our accelerator journey. We also appreciate our mentors, Danielle Rourke Monahan, Diman Ghazi, PhD, Lise Birikundavyi, CFA, and our alumni buddy Stephanie Curcio, whose insights have been key in refining our strategy and vision. A special thanks to Alex Gould for his encouragement and insights along the way.
