Our 2025 predictions for #automation: - A number of traditional #rpa players will go out of business in the next year or two, #AIVision will replace the client installs and CSS selectors and will cut costs by more than half - #AIActions for #chatbots will come to life, they will enable chatbots to interact with their ecosystem and perform actions (update apps, transfer/synchronize data, perform API calls, scrape web sites, etc.) - #AIAgents hype will continue to grow, true adoption will take more time - The industry will have to agree on how LLMs and AI agents should authenticate with other computer systems to perform actions on behalf of the users - #HumanInTheLoop will make a comeback - clients are expecting 99+% accuracy - Security will remain at the forefront of client concerns and compliance (SOC2, HIPAA) will be a must - Platforms that can implement complex workflows will have an edge, as most use cases are custom and are just not being covered by workflow templates - Sales-Led Growth will prevail, as revenues are still coming from the mid-market and up - Outcome-based pricing will be the norm for more and more players in the space; x0,000$ a month price tags will remain outrageous - Time-to-value and endless service cycles will not be an option anymore, having said that, efficient managed services will remain a must - And we will have a lot of fun !
