St. Lawrence College students and staff came together to acknowledge #IDPWD this week at the SLC Kingston International Day of Persons with Disabilities Panelist event. The event featured engaging discussions on barriers to work, adaptive technology, accessible attributes, and meaningful ways to ensure people with disabilities can fully contribute at school and in the workplace. The panel included Chad Lees, CHRP, Client Care Representative at St. Lawrence College; Mark Maillet, Educational Assistant at Limestone District School Board; and Jamie Burton, INNoVA’s CEO.
