Whether it's a brisk walk in the snow, a fun outdoor activity with family, or squeezing in a quick workout at home, every bit counts! Remember, movement isn’t just about physical health—it’s a powerful way to support your mental well-being too. Challenge yourself: Try a 20-minute stroll after a meal. • Since going public with our financial challenges, we’ve received just over $18,000 in donations! Every single dollar matters, and we are profoundly grateful to every individual who has contributed. Whether it was $5, $500, or more, your support reminds us that we are not in this alone. We’ve been working tirelessly to do everything we can to secure the funds needed to keep Terminator Foundation operational. Your donations, messages of support, and efforts to spread the word are making an impact and helping us stay focused on the work we do best—helping those struggling with addiction and mental health. To everyone who has given—thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You are making a real difference. What’s the Need? To keep the Terminator Foundation alive and operational, we need $200,000 to carry us through to the next funding cycle. This critical funding will ensure our Activity-Based Recovery Therapy (ABRT) program continues to provide life-changing support to individuals and families in need. We want to emphasize how much every single contribution means to us. Whether it’s $10 or $10,000, every dollar helps us take another step toward stability and ensures no one is left behind on their path to recovery. If you haven’t already, please consider donating or sharing our story with others who may want to help. Together, we can reach our goal of $200,000 and continue this life-changing work. • One of our program alumni's, Ariel, has started a GoFundMe to help keep the Terminator Foundation operational because she knows firsthand the life-changing impact it has. But this isn’t the first time Ariel has stepped up for Terminator. She’s been one of our strongest advocates—bravely sharing her recovery story to inspire others, volunteering at events, and serving as peer support to walk alongside others in their recovery. Ariel embodies what it means to give back, and her passion for helping others shines through in everything she does. Here’s what Ariel had to say: “This program changed my life and the lives of every single participant that completed the program. I was given the opportunity to compete in 4 triathlons in one year, each one with the support of the phenomenal team at Terminator. [..] I'm raising money to keep the Terminator Foundation operational. I cannot stress enough that this program changes lives. Any donation will help make an impact.” Let’s come together to support Ariel’s incredible effort to keep hope alive for so many. Every donation, big or small, makes an impact. • 30 days, 30 minutes, and a whole new mindset. Cold weather it can’t stop us from moving, growing, and thriving. Thank you to everyone who’s been part of this incredible journey—together, we’re building habits that matter—not just for today, but for every day. You’re stronger than the excuses and braver than the chill. With less than one week left, let’s finish strong together! #ColdWeatherCantStopMe
