Tis the Season 🌟💫🥂 Last week, we gathered for the annual TAS holiday party at the cozy Old York Tavern, just steps away from our 2 Tecumseth project. Surrounded by good food, drinks, and company, we shared a family-style feast, and celebrated the season together. The Old York has become a favorite spot for many on our team—a welcoming place with great ambiance and friendly faces. It was the perfect backdrop for an evening of connection and celebration. Cheers to another year of meaningful work and the incredible people who make it all happen! #TeamTAS #HolidayCelebration

Happy holidays from The Keeley! It was wonderful to see Keeley residents come together to celebrate the holiday season. The inaugural holiday party brought neighbours together for hot chocolate, treats, and a festive tree lighting. We’ve been working with residents at the Keeley to support ongoing community events and engagement. Fostering interaction and connection within our buildings is part of TAS’s commitment to creating meaningful social impact. #CommunityBuilding #SocialImpact #TheKeeley

Exciting news for our Walmer Road project! After many months of mediation with the City and several stakeholder groups, we’re thrilled to have reached a settlement that reflects the voices and hard work of everyone involved. The result is an incredibly elegant, thoughtful design by Hariri Pontarini Architects that respects the building’s roots while embracing its future. It includes a renewed home for the Walmer Road Baptist Church, adaptive reuse of the sanctuary for community and commercial uses, alongside new housing in the Annex. We’re equally proud of the process that got us here, which included 8 mediation sessions, and a great deal of collaboration, listening, and community engagement. A huge thank you to our development partner, Walmer Road Baptist Church as well as our amazing consultant team Bousfields Inc. and ERA Architects Inc. for their vision and dedication to getting us to this point. Onward! https://lnkd.in/dtZMrDRy #TAS #WalmerRoad #Annex #AdaptiveReuse #TorontoRealEstate #CityBuilding
