Last week TARA was a sponsor for the Methane Mitigation Summit in Calgary. This 3-day conference was a terrific opportunity for companies to come together and discuss strategies and solutions for methane reduction in oil and gas. TARA was proud to host a workshop entitled, "Accelerating the move to Zero Venting and Flaring", where we presented our thoughts on how we see the Canadian and Alberta regulatory landscape evolving as well as showcasing our patented Flareless Flowback methane capture system. Our experts in methane reduction, Braydon Garagan - Lead Operations Engineer, and Kylar Stern - Technical Account Manager, engaged attendees by going into detail on how our methane capture solution works for our clients, while exploring case studies where real-world results are already reducing flaring emissions, and increasing production ROI. We also had the opportunity to attend a number of great speaker sessions which were in-depth discussions of the current methane mitigation strategies ongoing in the Canadian industry, along with the newest technologies in leak detection and repair.
