It was a full house in the Lab on Friday, October 25, for the kick-off of the Curtner Urban Leadership Program. ULI Toronto presented a robust framework on innovation leadership, and our Founder and CEO, George Carras, addressed the group, sharing insights on fostering a culture of innovation in real estate and the challenge of driving change in a space that’s reluctant to adopt new approaches. He spoke about the importance of pushing boundaries and creating space for new ideas to emerge, stressing the need to actively participate in change, the power of piloting in 3’s, and the critical importance of timing.
