We love a good polarity! Recently, Pebble dove into the concept of accountability and how it is connected with care, and discovered that you cannot have one without the other. Together, we learned how to navigate the polarity of accountability and care, what signals to watch for when we overemphasize one pole, and how to creatively infuse both accountability and care into every interaction. It’s a lot like the versatility of a pebble: it can both skip across the water, drift to the bottom, and is constantly being shaped and moulded by the environment.
