Press Release: C3 is disappointed by the lack of real action for Canada’s cannabis sector in the Fall Economic Statement. Meet Milena C., Organigram’s Executive Assistant and Office Manager, and our feature as this week’s #OrganigramTrailblazer. Milena plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Toronto Corporate Office, which supports approximately 50 team members. As the Executive Assistant to our CEO, Beena Goldenberg, ICD.D, and a trusted resource for the executive team, Milena’s days are packed with cross-functional collaboration across departments like Finance, HR, and Marketing. Milena finds inspiration in working alongside Beena, whom she describes as a strong, down-to-earth leader who exemplifies what’s possible for women in a traditionally male-dominated industry. She views Beena as a role model for dreaming big and breaking barriers. Before joining Organigram, Milena worked with the Cannabis Legalization and Regulation Secretariat during her time in government. This gave her a front-row seat to the creation of Canada’s cannabis legislation. Now, she’s immersed in the commercial side of the industry, where she continues to expand her knowledge and passion for this evolving space. For Milena, bridging her unique policy background with Organigram’s fast-paced environment has been a fascinating journey. We can’t thank her enough for everything she does!

From maintenance to sorting donations, your efforts made a real difference. Thank you for living the spirit of Organigram Operating for Good and making a meaningful impact! #OrganigramOperatingforGood
