#DailyTips Change IF to HOW... One way to re-frame a situation that may be a challenge is to state the outcome differently. We constantly ponder "if" I can do this or that task. The next time you catch yourself saying or wondering to yourself "... if I can do ..." restate it with "... how do I do ...". For example, "How do I reach my goal." or "How do I do this or that. " etc... Changing your focus from IF to HOW changes your approach and shifts your focus to something positive and this helps you move forward and asks you to expand the scope of your thinking to come up with a series of next steps. Take small steps, and that will help you come up with doing tasks that keep you moving in a forward direction. #mindfulness #optimistic #meditation #awareness

#DailyNews #Awareness of our active beliefs is necessary when we want to uncover what is really limiting us. #Meditation allows us to uncover those beliefs, even the automatic ones. We can then re-frame that story to something more reasonable. #Mindfulness

Re-framing your active beliefs to something more reasonable allows you to shift how you feel. #Mindfulness allows insight into those beliefs and Optimistic Re-framing allows you to shift them gradually over time. Be patent and kind as you move forward. #Optimism

#DailyTips 4 Steps forward, one step backward... Remember that while you are making progress with the way you are thinking, you may have days when you don't feel like you are making any progress. Perhaps you feel frustrated. When this happens, it is because you are expecting to feel great all the time. You are normal for feeling great and sometimes feeling not so great. There are many things that can upset us and we are not perfect. Just remember all the successes that you have accomplished up until this point. Keep in mind that you likely have taken 4 steps forward and now you have just taken 1 step backward. Remember that your overall progress is still positive. This little setback is just a little lesson about something that you still need to learn. Not a big deal! Setbacks or not feeling great always are normal, and you will get past any hurdles with patience and care. Don't beat yourself up for not always thinking great thoughts. You may have many years of negative training to undo. :) Slow and steady is the key. Be gentle with yourself. #mindfulness #optimistic #meditation #awareness

#DailyTips Mirror meditation... Sit in front of a mirror as you do while looking into your eyes. Look at yourself for 10 minutes, and while you do this, recite 3 affirming mantras quietly and slowly over and over again. "I am lovable and am worthy of being loved." "I trust myself and my abilities." "I am patient in all my endeavors." Recite the first one repeatedly for 3 minutes and then move on to the next one. The key is looking into your eyes when you recite them. Do not look away, and if you catch yourself looking away, gently guide your sight back to your face and SMILE. Do this for 1 week, and you will be amazed at how quickly you start buying into these thoughts. Once you start believing them, you will feel better. You will feel more self-love. You will feel less fearful of the world. You will be more patient. Give it a try. #mindfulness #optimistic #meditation #awareness

Sunday Meditation: This Gratitude meditation teaches us to focus on what is good around us. Many times we do not even realize that we are focused on what we do not want. There is no better way to shift our mindset from pessimism to optimism than by practicing gratitude. This meditation also teaches us awareness, allowing, focus, patience etc... https://lnkd.in/gpzRCFn #meditation #dailymeditation #mindfulness #tipoftheday #gratitude
