We are very honoured to announce that our Estítkw Place project has received the Homebuilders Association Vancouver (HAVAN) Award for Excellence in Building Products and Technology! NUQO manufactured this 55-unit building in 12 weeks. Our NUQO team assembled it in 5 days onsite, and occupancy was achieved within a 12-month timeframe. We are incredibly proud of this achievement and the foundational role our modular product and technology served on this project. Estítkw Place is part of the Squamish Nation visionary initiative to 'Bring Squamish Home.' This building will provide high-quality, culturally safe, culturally proud housing to members of the Sḵwx̱wú7mesh Nation. This recognition celebrates the collaborative efforts with Hiy̓ám̓ Housing, Dialog Design Studio, Lu'ma Development Management, and Kindred Construction Ltd. to bring this much-needed affordable housing development to life.
