This morning, Magna Mining Inc. is pleased to announce another asset acquisition, which is another transaction that is perfectly aligned with our stated strategic objectives in the Sudbury Basin.   These properties augment our substantial and growing footprint, in arguably the premier mining district in North America. They are also properties which are set within prospective geological settings in the Sudbury Basin, that our experienced and successful exploration team believe warrant a thorough exploration strategy and budget. We are certainly excited to get our hands on them.   We have always taken pride in our ability to identify, negotiate and execute transactions in the Sudbury Basin that offer incredibly attractive risk / reward profiles, and we believe that we have achieved that once again with this transaction. While we will be taking on modest liabilities of the broken Hammer mine, the purchase price of $1 implies that there is no need for additional immediate financing or equity dilution. In 2024, our company brought the Crean Hill mine to the cusp of development and production, completed a significant equity financing, successfully executed exploration programs at both Crean Hill and Shakespeare, and, unforgettably, announced the acquisition of a portfolio of producing and past producing Sudbury mines from KGHM International. Introducing Dr. Mynyr Hoxha, Magna Mining Inc.’s Vice President of Mines Geology!   With 30 years of experience in underground mining and exploration geology, Dr. Hoxha is a dedicated geoscientist who is passionate about geology and always eager to uncover the geological controls behind mineralization. The Levack Footwall Deposit (later renamed the Morrison Deposit after Gord Morrison) was discovered in 2005 and went into commercial production in 2010. The deposit is primarily copper mineralization (chalcopyrite) but also contains nickel, platinum, palladium, gold and silver. Currently the Levack Mine is on care and maintenance and there is a historic (non-NI 43-101 compliant) resource on the Morrison Deposit.
