What an incredible year 2024 has been for K.I.B.! From meaningful celebrations to impactful industry events, this year has been filled with milestones and memories, to name a few: 🎂 We celebrated an incredible milestone—K.I.B. Restoration’s 25th Anniversary! A testament to 25 years of dedication, innovation, and excellence in building #restoration. We expanded our team with the onboarding of three talented new estimators and project coordinators and numerous restoration technicians, strengthening our capacity to deliver exceptional results. ⛳ We proudly hosted the 10th Annual Golf Tournament in support of St. Charbel Church, combining fun and philanthropy for a great cause. We welcomed an incredible roster of new clients, further solidifying our reputation for excellence in building restoration. And in an exciting leap forward, we expanded operations to Northern #Ontario, broadening our reach and bringing our expertise to new communities. 🏢 And last but not least, we engaged with the community at the Condo Conference, connecting with property managers, condo boards, and industry leaders to share insights and strengthen the condominium community. As we look ahead to 2025, these achievements reflect the hard work, dedication, and collaboration of our incredible team. The 2025 forecast for Canadian #commercialrealestate is the brightest it’s been since the pandemic, with transactions expected to rebound and more companies looking to grow their #office space: CBRE.

The City of #Ottawa will open its first office-to-housing conversion early next year - in a building that was once a movie theatre - under the design supervision of CSV Architects.

K.I.B. is currently in progress of completing the #restoration of Our Lady of Lebanon Church in Downtown #Toronto! With Phase 1A now finished, we're moving forward to Phase 1B, with work including: ☑️ Scaffold setup ☑️ Masonry repairs ☑️ Brick replacement ☑️ Caulking ☑️ Tuckpointing ☑️ DOFF cleaning Restoring historical #buildings like this is a delicate and specialized process, requiring advanced skills and experience to maintain their legacy for generations to come. Nineteen projects by heritage firms from across Canada are being honoured in the 2024 Canadian Assoc. of Heritage Professionals | Assoc. canadienne d'experts-conseils en patrimonie awards, with projects including a major #restoration of a TD Bank, and the Maisonneuve Library.
