In this clip from our recent free webinar on Developing Organizational Policies: Sexual Abuse & Mental Health, Dr. Antar offered these kind examples of the Prophets and Messengers of Allah in mental distress. Countering the statements on the screen which we have all heard from our families and community, Dr. Antar describes emotions as a creation and a mercy from Allah, and the importance in Islam of seeking help in managing them. https://lnkd.in/ejNsjJTF

About us
OUR VISION ISAC aspires to aid in promoting, advancing, and developing Islamic schools inspired by current and developing research on Islamic education in Canada. OUR MISSION ISAC works in partnership with educators and organizations to foster the development, growth, and quality of God-Centered Islamic education starting primarily from an Islamic worldview. ISAC is committed to the education of Muslim children towards being model Canadian citizens who will contribute to the development and welfare of their country and the ummah. Islamic Schools in Canada have had similar struggles for decades. Each school was operating in isolation to its counterparts. ISAC is here to bring all these schools under one unified banner. We are here to support schools and provide high-quality resources and capacity building for school leaders to excel in building God-centered schools. ISAC was created to help and support the great work of Islamic schools across Canada!

Ramadan is coming...are you ready? This series of reminders is to help our schools and teachers be reminded of how important it is to maximize your personal benefits during the month. Yes, it is fantastic to share it with your students and staff, but Ramadan goes by VERY fast, and a proper plan for yourself, personally, is especially important given your responsibilities. So perhaps before you start thinking about school in Ramadan, consider your own personal plan of worship and good deeds. #ramadan2025 #ramadan1446 #ramadanplan #isac #islamicschools #islamicschoolprincipals #muslimteachers #muslimsofcanada

ISAC’s partnership with 5D Thinking is as natural as the beautiful creation around us. 5D Thinking brings back to Islamic Schools and lessons reflection on Allah’s creation at every level, in every curriculum subject. At our first-ever western conference, we all benefitted from the presentations and were enlightened. Once you attend a training, you simply cannot stop incorporating God-centered thinking into your lessons and your life. Learn more, access free lesson plans, and upload your own to the 5D Thinking website: https://5dthinking.org/

As winter embraces Ramadan, many Islamic schools are jumping on this trend to move March Break forward to cover some of the last 10 days of Ramadan! It’s a new idea, but a great one! Consider the change to your school calendars to help staff and students really benefit at the last and best days and nights of the year. #movemarchbreak #schoolcalendar #islamicschools #islamicschoolprincipal #islamicschoolboard #ramadaniscoming #ramadan2025
