Here are a few quick fixes to keep your team focused and aligned on strategy execution: Not Enough Time Strategy often takes a backseat to day-to-day operations. ✅ Fix: Make strategy a regular agenda item. Leaders, delegate ops tasks to focus on the bigger picture. Lack of Leadership Alignment Conflicting priorities = chaos. ✅ Fix: Schedule regular alignment meetings to resolve disagreements early and keep teams rowing in the same direction. No Dedicated Execution Lead Without an owner, strategy loses steam. ✅ Fix: Appoint a Strategy Execution Lead to track progress, drive meetings, and ensure accountability. Lack of Clarity Complex strategies = confusion. ✅ Fix: Simplify! Use the “Law of 3s” framework: focus on three primary goals and provide regular updates to keep everyone on track.
