Want to highlight some photos from another school's GIS day event last week. York University's York University - EUC Alumni had a great turnout. Presentations include Urban Sustainability, Socio-Spatial Politics and Critical GIS; Enhancing River flow measurement; Hydrological Modeling; Modern Direct Georeferencing, and Creating image labels and annotations for Deep Learning models. Toronto and Region Conservation Authority was also there talking about LiDAR and GIS: Watershed landuse change detection. I'm once again impressed with the variety of analysis GIS can do. Kudos to Faculty of Environmental and Urban Change York University - EUC Alumni for hosting! https://lnkd.in/g5gRJg5t #gisday #gis #spatialdata #arcgis
