Just purchased a new condo with a parking spot and not sure where that parking spot is? 🚗🏢 The unit number and level of your parking spot will be listed in your ownership transfer documents. If it's not clear from those documents, make sure to check that information against the condo’s plan, which your lawyer usually gets from the land registry office when preparing your closing. #CondoLiving #Ontario #CAOCommunity

The Tribunal dismissed this case after finding that a York owner’s dispute was outside of its jurisdiction as it dealt with a harassment policy. Policies are not part of a corporation’s governing documents and the Tribunal can only deal with harassment issues if it is governed by the governing documents. bit.ly/4et6Ckq

📢 Attention Condo Owners! Condominium corporations organize both owners’ meetings and board meetings. But remember - owners can only attend board meetings by invitation! Owners who want to stay informed should make sure to attend all owners’ meetings instead. The Condo Act requires that corporations send owners a notice 15 days before the meeting and another preliminary notice 20 days before that. Notices will outline meeting details and topics and can be delivered by mail, directly to your unit, or virtually if you’ve provided your email. Ask your corporation if you prefer a paper notice! Stay engaged and informed—your voice matters. Learn more here: https://bit.ly/3Cba9FZ #CondoLiving #CAOCommunity #Ontario
