Today is Remembrance Day A day to reflect, take pride in our soldiers, and honor their sacrifice that secured the freedoms we now hold dear. This is no small matter. Imagine that 17-year-old enduring battles where the lines between horror, life, and death blur. Some returned home to their families. Many did not. Of those who did, countless carried lifelong physical and emotional wounds—all in the name of the freedom and peace we enjoy today and sometimes take for granted. Let us not dishonor their sacrifice by forgetting. Take a moment today to thank them. Though the last survivors are no longer with us, their stories endure through us. Together, we carry their legacy in our hearts and actions. At 11:00 a.m. today, let us pause.
